Blue Marine Gelcoat Spray – easy repair for polyester boats and gelcoat

Does your fiberglass boat have damage, scratches, or minor gelcoat damage? You can easily repair it yourself with Blue Marine Gelcoat Spray. Prompt repairs prevent further damage and preserve the appearance and value of your boat.

This professional Gelcoat Spray has an extra thick texture and is available in three popular white shades:

• RAL 9003
• RAL 9010
• RAL 9016

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Lightly sand the damaged surface with 400/600 grit and clean thoroughly.
2. First fill deep damage with Glix Gelcoat Filler and sand it smooth.
3. Spray the Gelcoat Spray evenly onto the surface from a distance of approximately 20 cm.
4. Apply a second coat after 15 minutes; if necessary, apply a third coat after another 15 minutes.
5. For a smooth, shiny result: polish after 24–36 hours with sanding paste or Schutz Polishing Gel .

Drying times may vary depending on temperature and humidity.
